2020 – This year John Dewey Institutions have crossed the chronological milestone of 40 years . This is the occasion to celebrate the legacy of 40 years of academic excellence . John Dewey alumni are twinkling all over the world .

It is worth repeating here that these establishments bear the name of Prof. John Dewey, educationist, psychologist and philosopher .( pragmatism) I am happy to record here that Dr. B. R Ambethkar was the student of Prof. John Dewey at Columbia University .

In Panruti there are 4 centers of learning. The building blocks bear the names of renowned personalities. John Dewey Main, located at Link road, Panruti has the main block named after Rousseau, the philosopher, the Admin block is known as summer Hill. Summer Hill is a book authored by A.S NEILL, the laboratory block is known as Golden Jubilee Block to commemorate the occasion of Golden Jubilee of independence of our mother land .

Col. John Pennicuick Block, Helen kheller block and Montessory block bring to memory, personalities who had shaped the world.

The auditorium in the main school and the Ida Scudder auditorium in the primary school are utilized in a great many ways.

The blocks in the New John Dewey, Panruti bear the names of great scientists who transformed the world – blocks named after Albert Einstein, Sir Isacc Newton, Thomas Edison and Marie Curie.

Visitors and parents call John Dewey campuses – Green land or Green space. The campuses are reconnected to nature by copious number of plants and trees.

The majestic buildings, the green space, enlightened alumini, diligent students, dedicated staff and supporting parents are a befitting tribute to the journey forged from 1980.

We want the students who pass out of this citadel of learning to remember one thing – today’s moment is tomorrow’s memory. We take every effort to give wings to students’ dreams. This happy school produces happy results year after year. In short, for students’ aspiration John Dewey provides inspiration.
